Easy Automator App

It has never been easier to record any manual movement and transfer it to any kind of robot or cobot. The Easy Automator App allows you to record complex paths for tasks like painting, spraying, powder coating, welding, grinding, polishing, dispensing, and more. You can not only record movements but also trigger the control of external devices, such as turning welding on and off.

The Easy Automator enables seamless integration of any kind of manual tool into the workflow, and the recorded path will be transferred to the robot with just a few clicks.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The app does not work as a standalone software! It requires the Easy Automator Hardware Kit, a valid usage ticket, and RoboDK. All necessary components are available in the Easy Automator Starter Kit.

Minimum Requirements:

• Processor: Intel Core i5-4590/AMD FX 8350 equivalent or better. Dual Core CPU with Hyper-Threading.
• Memory: 4 GB RAM
• Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 / AMD Radeon R9 290 equivalent or better. OpenGL3 or better must be supported.
• DirectX: DirectX11 compatible graphics card – a dedicated graphics card is recommended for better performance.
• Storage: At least 6GB of free space on drive C: (cannot be installed on other drives).
• OS: Windows 10 (Note: Windows 11 is not supported yet).
• RoboDK: Version 5.3.2.0 or newer installed to C:\RoboDK.
• Internet: Internet connection for activating and validating the license.
• USB: 1x USB 2.0.

Delivery:

After purchasing the app, you can download the automated installer as a zip file from your account. A User Manual explaining the features is also available for download.

Installation Notes:

You will be able to download a zip archive. Please unzip the file and run the automated installer. Then follow the on-screen instructions.

Updates:

You will be automatically notified during the start of the app if an update is available. If you have a valid license, you can always use the latest release and enjoy the improvements. To update the app, you have to “purchase” the app in the shop and you can access the link to the latest release in your dashboard.
